CROWN POINT, LOUISIANA

We are in the process of surveying wetlands it Crown Point and Barataria Bay for optimal replanting sites. The Barataria Bay is separated by two gulf barrier islands, Grand Isle and Grand. The area, which sits south of New Orleans, plays an important role in buffering the city from hurricane impact as well as a host of ecological functions.
